By using What The Health ("WTH", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What WTH Does

WTH analyzes medical bills, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and insurance claims to identify potential billing errors, overcharges, and coverage issues. We provide informational analysis and should not be considered legal, medical, or financial advice.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use WTH.
• You can delete your account at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents or data that don't belong to you or that you're not authorized to share.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use WTH for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

WTH provides analysis based on the documents and data you provide. We do our best to identify billing issues, but our findings are informational and may not catch every error. Always verify findings with your healthcare provider, insurance company, or a qualified professional before taking action.

WTH is not affiliated with any insurance company, healthcare provider, or government agency.

Limitation of Liability

WTH is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WTH after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
